Tenant-First Approach

Bellaire Medical Plaza, a commercial real estate rental property based in Houston, TX, boasts a diverse community of over 20 active tenants, predominantly specializing in medicine and banking.

With tenants in mind, Bellaire Medical Plaza wanted a user-friendly website that enables potential customers to locate and contact specific tenants based on their requirements. At the same time, the platform needed to be capable of capturing leasing inquiries through a dedicated form submission process.

The finished result is a website that caters to both customers and prospective tenants alike. The home page provides easy access to a tenant directory with a list of all active tenants at BMP, and the leasing page includes a form submission that encourages prospective tenants to reach out and learn more.
